ABOUT ME
I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist who is available for sessions with young people and adults. I practice using an integrative approach based on the combined principles of psycho-dynamic and person-centered therapies.
I believe that the most healing factor in therapy is the therapeutic relationship and I aim to provide a safe environment for someone to explore their emotions and inner world, as well as any difficulties that they might be experiencing. I am able to facilitate different types of therapy from talk based to creative, such as image or sand tray work.
I offer both online and in person sessions to individuals aged 16 or over.

EXPERIENCE
I have worked extensively with young people and their families for over ten years, firstly as an Early years teacher and later, as a therapist. I have also worked therapeutically with adults in various settings from psychiatric wards to private practice.
I am able to work with a range of emotional and psychological difficulties and my approach is geared to the individual needs of the client.
