ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
I’m a UKCP-registered Integrative Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor offering therapy for adults, young people (aged 13+), and couples, both online and in person. I specialise in helping people recover from the lasting effects of trauma, including complex PTSD, alongside difficulties such as eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, self-harm, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem.
My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, relational, somatic, and existential perspectives. I believe that meaningful change begins with a therapeutic relationship in which you feel safe, understood, and accepted. Together, we create a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
No two people experience life in the same way, so therapy shouldn’t be a one-size-fits-all process. Whether you’re struggling with the impact of childhood experiences, feeling overwhelmed in the present, or finding yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can help you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. Through developing greater self-awareness and self-compassion, we can work towards lasting change, deeper relationships, and a stronger sense of who you are.
While talking is often at the heart of therapy, words aren’t always enough. Depending on your needs, I may also incorporate creative approaches such as imagery, therapeutic writing, sand tray work, or other expressive methods to help deepen understanding and support healing.
Alongside my private practice, I provide clinical supervision and deliver training for therapists, schools, charities, and organisations. I have over fifteen years’ experience working therapeutically with children, young people, adults, and families across a range of settings, including education, psychiatric services, and private practice.
